The Kids 4 Kids Leadership Program was created by Scott Graham in 1993. Scott believed that children will learn more about leadership through play, so he created a program that uses cooperative games, hilarious stories, object lessons, role play, discussions, magic and other fun activities to teach leadership concepts.
These include: what the characteristics of a leader are; anti bullying strategies, anger management; fighting peer pressure and many more topics that are listed on the Kids 4 Kids program description page.
The goal of a Kids 4 Kids Leadership Program is to build a child's confidence, raise their self esteem and equip them with the strategies that will help them develop into heathy, strong adults.
Kids 4 Kids has produced individuals who have become very successful in the fields of work they have chosen. Parents are encouraged to purchase Scott Graham's Heros of Hope book so they can reinforce the strategies that their children have learned at Kids 4 Kids.
