The Heroes Academy program involves helping children develop their confidence and raise their self esteem. They will be involved in activities that help them become assertive, communicate effecively and develop skills that will help them become successful leaders. This is all done in an incredibly fun manner. We have campfires and cook outs, go on hikes, build shelters, take part in workshops by illustrators, magicians, and motivational speakers. We make learning leadership skillls fun.
Our graduates include actor Daniel Clark star of the movie, Juno, Degrassi, Next Generation and Grzzly Falls, and Billaal Rjan, child activist. Bilaal is the ambassadr for UNICEF and has had tea with Nelson Mandela and Demond Tutu.
